Who We Are

Growing up as a pastor’s kid, Adam saw first-hand in his home how difficult and rewarding life in vocational ministry can be. His parents were part of a founding pastoral team that launched what is now one of the largest churches in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ. During Adam’s formative years, a profound appreciation was instilled in him for the transformative power of faith, community, and the inherent responsibilities of leading a congregation. While not called to vocational ministry as his parents were, Adam has a desire to serve the church in a space that is largely underserved—and that is Risk Management. Adam has since built a team of experts with more experience and care than any other agency in the faith-based industry.
